Teens Lead Initiative is a Non-Governmental Organization registered as an Incorporated Trusteeship.

OUR VISION & MISSION

Equipping youths with enabling skills to birth their potentials for a sustainable impact and future.

OUR MISSION is that of Educating, Empowering and Mentoring youth.  To help young adults build their capacities to harness their potentials positively likewise raising them to be visionary leaders in every spheres of influence. We are committed in achieving these goals by engaging them in trainings and activities that cuts across their Education, Health and Life (soft) skills development.

TLI has also worked in partnership with other organization and volunteers. This collaborative network has helped us to reach out to more 5000 educationally disadvantaged children and youth in low income communities and public school settings in Nigeria’s South-West region.  Through a collaboration with Action Aid Nigeria and the women’s voice in Leadership, Teens Lead Initiative has engaged over 3000 adolescents across South-West Nigeria, in a series of girls’ education and health campaign.

OUR TEAM

Omotola Ogundiran
Founder/Executive Director

Omotola is a social entrepreneur and a farmer. She has a proficiency degree from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in Ogun State and her Master’s degree from the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Akure. Ondo State. She is the Executive Director and Founder of Teens Lead Initiative and also the co-founder of Grinphield Farms and Agribusiness. Omotola loves to educate and mentor young adults.

This selfless passion has driven her to embark on several projects within the Educational system in Nigeria. She has written several articles relating to youth and this has availed her opportunities of speaking in different engagements.

Her skill in organizational management has been proven in several dimensions. She is an alumni of SOZo grant writing class, an alumni of African Master Class series under the auspices of Ideation Hub Africa. Omotola invests much in networking with people.

Adeola Eboda
Advisory Board Member

A quintessential and life coach whose passion is to raise models and empower women to fulfill their purpose, she has a desire to raise strong, empowered, resourceful, and focused women who will occupy their space in life.

While she proceeded to pursue a career by studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling. She has a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and also another masters in Early Childhood education. She’s currently the Founder and Director of Dainty Oaks School.

She’s a professional Educationist with years of experience in the Educational sector. She’s also the host of the annual women’s conference: Le Femme extraordinaire which has made a tremendous impact on women from all walks of life.

Adeola Eboda is the founder of the Extra-ordinary Ladies (TEL) whose mandate is to raise leaders and impact women who would create a positive ripple effect in the society at large. She’s a sought after conference speaker and the co-pastor of Harvest House Christian Centre where she works with her husband, Gbeminiyi Eboda.

Tunji Egberinde
Advisory Board Member

An Accomplished and highly professional quantity surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in managing complex projects. He’s the founder of Ally-white consulting firm, a surveying company in Nigeria.

He has served in different capacities and also sits on board of many organizations. He’s highly skilled, enthusiasts, self-motivated   professional life coach. He loves to inspire and mentor young adults in whatever fields they’ve chosen.

He finds Teens Lead Initiative’s mission especially disadvantaged children and adolescents the fair access to opportunity and personal development opportunities. He wants to bring his expertise to support Teens Lead on their mission to impact more adolescent in Africa.

Kofoworola Kuyinu
Advisory Board Member

Kofoworola Kuyinu is a seasoned educator with more than three decades experience of working with young people, both in government and privately owned institutions.

She started her career as an educator during the mandatory National youth Service Corp at a Teacher’s college. This experience opened her eyes to how valuable it is to properly equip those who are saddled with the responsibility of taking young people through formal education, before saddling them with onerous task of teaching young ones.

She’s therefore a strong advocate for, and practitioner of embedding character development into formal education.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in English studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Teacher Education, Masters in Library, information and archive studies which she obtained from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and University of Ibadan, she’s a certified life and relationship coach.

To impact as many young people as possible in the area of identifying purpose, she founded a non-profit organization which provides entrepreneurial leadership training for young people aged 18-22.

She’s also the founder of Cherith Educational services, an arm of the organization which provides opportunities for young people to develop the mindset of being problem solvers.

She has served in many capacities as a teacher and administrator such as being the Principal of Maverick College, Ibadan. She is currently the Assistant Dean and Head of Pastoral care at African Leadership Academy, Johannesburgh, South Africa.

Chris Osiberu
Advisory Board Member

Chris is a Certified Nigerian Life Coach. A visionary leader, known for his service to the global community, his heartfelt efforts have made nationwide impact. He is a man at the fore-front of philanthropy, and most of all a premier contemporary spiritual voice. Chris is a trailblazer in national conferences and events.
