Teens Lead Leadership Academy

The academy is facilitated by our successful resource people with a goal to provide leadership training to local area secondary school students, who have potential to become strong leaders in their schools and communities.The goal of the academy is not only to develop leadership skills but with handful trainings on personal developments to cope with a period of transition.

We do this by striving to support social and emotional learning and skills, building strong and   good character, emotional intelligence, and equipping teens with the tools and skills to start their leadership, adulthood and all-round successful journey.

Our programming consists of: customized workshops for schools. We have hosted students from Oyo state including schools such as Ilora Baptist Grammar School, Overcomers’ College. TLLA welcome students from anywhere in Nigeria.
